Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens with the information you send through the forms on enterprise-value.center.

Controller

Behind Software Group S.R.L. is the controller of the data described here. Enterprise Value Center is a product of Behind Software Group S.R.L.

What we store

When you send the "Request a demo" or "Become a partner" form, we store:

• your name, work email, organisation, role and message, as you entered them;
• the type of request (demo or partner), the site language and the page you sent it from;
• the date and time of the request;
• a one-way hash of your IP address made with a salt that changes every day. We do not store the IP address itself. The hash is used only to limit repeated submissions.

Why

We use this information only to reply to your request, to arrange a demo or a partner conversation, and to protect the form from abuse. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

How long

We keep request data for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your choice of light or dark theme in your browser's local storage. That choice never leaves your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use. Send your request through the form on this site and mention "privacy" in the message. We will reply within one month.
