Deployment

Cloud or on-premise. Same product.

One codebase, one build, two configurations. The only differences are where it runs, how people sign in, licensing and updates.

Which to choose

It depends on your constraints, not on features.

Choose the cloud if

  • you want to start a pilot in days;
  • hosting in the EU fits your data rules;
  • you prefer not to run servers yourself.

Choose on-premise if

  • regulation requires data to stay in your infrastructure;
  • you work in a closed network;
  • you need your own SSO, directory and backup policies.

On-premise requirements

What you need to run it

  • A Linux server with Docker Compose, or a Kubernetes cluster.
  • PostgreSQL 15 or newer.
  • S3-compatible object storage or a local disk.
  • Your identity provider, if you want SSO.
  • Sizing guidance on request.

Licensing

Fair to honest customers

  • A term subscription with updates, not a perpetual licence.
  • A signed licence file, verified without internet access.
  • More users than licensed shows a warning, not a lockout.
  • After expiry: 30 days of grace, then read-only.
  • Your data is never locked and can always be exported.

Request a demo

See EVC on your own structure.

Tell us about your organisation. We will show EVC on an example close to yours and suggest a pilot: one department, two recipient departments, two periods.

  • A 45-minute call with a walkthrough on a generic example.
  • Cloud (EU) or on-premise, your choice.
  • Pricing on request, sized to your structure.
